All
orders should be placed through our secure on-line shopping
cart. It is safe and secure. Occasionally some browsers indicate the order pages are not secure. This is not the case; all important information is encrypted and secure. The images on my site are stored in a different folder and just the images are not "encrypted".
I do not take orders over the phone.
I handle all questions, issues and inquiries via email. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns you may have and I will get back to you as quickly as I can..

Shipping:
I will strive to ship your order as quickly as I can, but because I are a very small company, please understand that it might take up to a Iek to ship your order.
Please understand that sometimes I may experience delays in shipping if I run out of a product and need to make up more. This occasional inconvenience just guarantees that our products are always extremely fresh :-)
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Mon-Fri. (I are closed Friday afternoons after mail pick-up, Saturday & Sunday)
- Standard Mail / Priority Mail - I call this as "Standard Mail". This is NOT Express or Expedited. Priority Mail is just what the Postal Service calls it's standard mail delivery option. ONCE SHIPPED, packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days (though this is not guaranteed).
- I do not offer Parcel Post any longer because it always ends up costing more than Priority Mail.
- Flat Rate Priority Mail: Some select items may also be shipping in Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes. Due to the nature of the way our shopping cart processes orders, I cannot offer Flat Rate shipping on all of my products. If I can fit your order in a Flat Rate box to save the customer at least $2.00 on shipping, I do and refund the savings on shipping
Shipping charges are calculated Iight/shipping zone. I ship from Michigan, USA.
NOTE ON SHIPPING CHARGES:
Occasionally the shipping cost shown by the cart is incorrect (overly high), here is why:
When my cart asks the USPS Ib site what the shipping charge should be and the USPS site "fails"/doesn't respond (which happens on occasion and there is nothing I can do about it) my cart defaults to calculating the shipping at 25% of the total cost of the order. If there is a gross over-miscalculation on the shipping cost by my cart, I always rectify it when I print the shipping labels and refund the customer for the overcharge.
NOTE ON FLAT RATE BOXES:
I cannot offer Flat Rate on everything because it is impossible to program a shopping cart to know how much will fit in what box for every order. If I see that an order will fit in a Flat Rate box and save the customer on shipping costs, I will put the order in a Flat Rate box and refund the customer for the saving on shipping.
International Orders:
I will ship to Canada and many other countries. If your country in not listed in my shopping cart, contact me and I will add it.
I do not ship to Australia due to their strict customs regulations.

Quality Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality a product, please
send us an email and explain the problem. I will work with
you to resolve the issue by either replacement or credit.
Return
Policy:
Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. If any of the items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately after your package arrives via email at: order@mollysherbals.com.
No refunds on new/unopened product without a Return Authorization from Molly's Herbals via email. If you receive an incorrect item, I will issue a prepaid return label via email.
Due to the organic nature of our products, I have a strict 30 day return/exchange/replacement policy based on the delivery date. Return/Exchange requests received beyond 30 days of the orders delivery date will not be honored. Initial shipping charges are non refundable.
No returns/refunds on partially or otherwise used product.
Privacy
Policy:
Information I collect (name, address, email)
is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you
(so I can ship you your order). I will keep your name and
contact information on file, for this purpose only. I will
not release, sell or give away your personal information or
email address to anyone. I do not keep customer's credit card
information in our records unless specifically requested to
do so by repeat customers.

Customer agrees
that use of information and products provided by, or offered by
Molly's Herbals are entirely at customer's
own risk. Services, information and products are provided 'as
is', without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including without limitation and warranty for information, services
or products provided through or in connection with Molly's Herbals
. Specifically, I disclaim any and all warranties,
including without limitation: 1) Any warranties concerning the
availability, accuracy or content of information, products or
services; and 2) Any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages, injury or death
caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer
virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach
of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under and other cause of
action. Customer specifically acknowledges that Molly's Herbals
is not liable for the defamatory, offensive
or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that
the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.
Neither Molly's
Herbals nor any of it's agents, affiliates
or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages or death arising out of use
of the service, information or products or out of any breach of
any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions
of this section shall apply to all content and products on the
Fias Co Farm and Molly's Herbals Ib sites.
