Goat Weight Chart
This is a chart to aid you in estimating the weight of your dairy goats.
Use a regular sewing measuring tape and measure around the "heart girth" of the goat. This is just behind their front legs and then up around their chest. Pull quite snuggly. Once you have found out how many inches they measure, look on this chart and it will tell you how many pounds the goat weighs.
*This chart does not work for meat, hair, or miniature goats.
